How can I cancel my subscription auto-renewal?
To cancel your subscription/auto renewal:
Log into the student portal
Click on your student profile in the top right corner.
Click on Memberships & Subscriptions.
Here, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership subscription.
You will keep access to the course and community until your current subscription period ends.
We do not offer prorated refunds for subscription fees.
